New sexual assault allegation, Trump talks, Kavanaugh denies but women want to testify. Shows video of interviews with Trump. Sexual assault happened three years ago at a party, Apparently. They haven't gone to court yet. She states that “he might inadvertently kill me” she considers this a rape. Kavanaugh says this never happened. He spent hours at the white house. Interviews with people in Washington. Democrats and republicans want to hear both sides of the story. Hearing next Monday. Kavanaugh wants to clear his name
Anita Hill case related to Kavanah case. College teachers both women accused of lying and scared to go against strong powerful men. Takes clips from Annetta Hill case. Anita Hill was called horrendous names. Joe Biden says he owes Anita Hill an apology.

Many people die in Florence, Bad floods, Reporter in disaster zone. Lots of flooding from rain from hurricane, now rain is stopped. Shows people personal videos and also videos the news captured. Interviewed many people who were in floods and who were involved. Show a guy saving dogs. Talks about destruction all over not just in one spot. “This is just the beginning, has people on site. Many victims don’t have flood insurance. They only have homeowner's insurance. Less than 3% of residence have flood insurance. 6in of flood water cases 52000 dollars. 4ft = 100000 $ in damage. People feel that it's not going to happen to me. The worst flooding the state has ever seen.

Texas border control agent is a serial killer. Bodies discovered by Rio Grande. Juan David Ortiz. Multiple counts of murder, victims were sex workers. One escaped. Others were shot many times in the head and left. 2 and a half million-dollar bond. Before his arrest he was ready to go down in a fight. He confessed.
First deadly shark attack in Cape Cod in many years. Officials now on lookout for sharks, one boy was on boogie board and he was bitten on legs and a friend tried to get him to shore, he died at a hospital. Beaches closed to swimming, but people will still swim and fish and surf in the location.

Camel charges and tosses a child off its back at a circus. Something spooked the animal. Interviewed people at the circus. Happened during intermission. Many children and one adult injured. Circus there for 69 years and this is the first issue, Peta wants this to be a lesson to stop using animals in the circus.
Hello thanks for tuning into NBC Nightly News I am your Host Amanda Witzmann. Hurricane Florence brings tornados after its rain and wind. Many people are left without homes tonight. The supreme court in a cliff hanger after Kavanaugh is accused of sexual assault. This also lines up with another famous case, Anita Hill. President Donald Trump orders secret documents to be revealed. A beach is Massachusetts shuts down after a man was attacked and killed by a shark. A camel spooked at a circus. All this tonight on NBC Nightly News.
6 million people are under a tornado watch tonight and one person was killed in the tornados due to hurricane Florence. Students who go to college in the area hid in the kitchen and tweeted their fears as the school almost got hit. Many people are displaced tonight as the storm keeps raging.
Kavanaugh is accused by Christine Blasey Ford of sexual assault. Kavanaugh denies, but Ford claims that it happened in the 1980’s at a party. Kavanaugh was drunk pushed her on a bed and groped her while another boy watched. Ford states that she was scared that “He might inadvertently kill me”. She considers this a rape with Kavanaugh and his supporters, including president Donald Trump, denies the event. Kavanaugh denies even attending the party. This case will soon go to court.
This case has a stong likeness to that of the Anita Hill case. Both cases include to women college professors accusing a power man for sexual assault. They were both unknown before the accusations. In both cases the president sided with the man. Today Joe Biden says that he owes Anita Hill an apology for who he sided with all those years ago.
In an ongoing investigation about Russia, Trump declares that many secret texts and documents should be reviled. Many texts from FBI agents are wanting to be reviled.
As well as tornados occurring from Hurricane Florence, Floods are a major issue too. Less than 3% of homeowners whose homes are flooded in this area have flood insurance. “They just think it won't happen to me.” So, people don’t get it. They only have home owner's insurance. Flood insurance in the area is about $700 dollars a year but with flooding of just 6 inches that can cost home owners $52,000 and with flooding of 4 ft, that's about $100,000 of damage. This is the worst flooding the area has ever seen.
A mall in New York experienced a 7-alarm inferno after an act of what is to believe to be arson took place. Many cars were destroyed. Police released a photo of a suspect and ask in help locating him.
9000 homes and businesses without gas tonight after explosions occurred, It took take many weeks for the gas to be back.
A Texas Border Patrol Agent is behind bars tonight after he confessed to brutally murdering women near the Rio Grande. One victim escaped and lead police to Juan David Ortiz. He picked up sex workers and then shot them many times in the head and left them near the Rio Grande. His bond is set at 2 and a half million dollars. When arrested, Ortiz was ready to put up a fight, he was loading weapons, but he finally confessed.
When we come back, a beach in Massachusetts shut down after a shark attack.
A Cape Cod beach is shut down after a young man was attacked but a shark on his boogie board. He was on his boogie board when the shark bit his leg, a friend jumped in and tried to help him, but the young man was pronounced dead later at the hospital. People are still using the beach today though even after the attack and the fact that September is the time when most shark attacks occur. One man is opting to stay on the beach today though and just fish instead of surfing.

During intermission at a circus a camel got spooked while being ridden and started to buck people off his back. Children and one adult were injured. “We have been doing this for 69 years and this is the first incident that has happened", says a worker at the circus. After the camel chaos, the circus continued. Peta responded by hoping that this could be a lesson to end animals in circuses.
